*SAML authentication can only be used by the enterprise plan customers.
Currently, the MagicPodDesktop application only supports regular email/password authentication. Use the following procedure to use the MagicPodDesktop app in a SAML environment.
- Close the MagicPodDesktop app.
- Click the Connect button from the edit test screen to launch MagicPodDesktop.
If the MagicPodDesktop app fails to launch even after using this procedure, please make an inquiry to MagicPod support.
