*SAML authentication can only be used by Enterprise plan customers.
Currently, the MagicPodDesktop application only supports regular email/password authentication. Use the following procedure to use the MagicPodDesktop app in a SAML environment.
- Close the MagicPodDesktop app
- Press the “Connect” button from the Edit test screen to launch MagicPodDesktop
If the MagicPodDesktop app fails to launch even after using this procedure, please make an inquiry to Support.
