- Close the MagicPodDesktop window once, and after logging out from the browser and logging in again, try to connect again.
- If you open the edit test page in multiple windows or tabs, the connection process may not successfully complete. Have only one Edit test page open and try again.
- Check the MagicPodDesktop developer tool console or Browser developer tool console. If you see any errors in red text, make an inquiry to MagicPod support. It would be helpful if you could provide us with the content of the console messages on MagicPodDesktop or the developer tool console when you attempt to perform the connection process with the MagicPod log level set to Expert.
