This error is displayed when an **Extra root certificate** is not registered on MagicPod and either of the following applies:
- You are using an in-house proxy server that requires a self-signed certificate
- Security software such as an antivirus product inspects HTTPS traffic (including when no proxy is used)
Specify the Extra root certificate from the Advanced settings tab of the test run settings dialog. For how to register it and how to get the root certificate, see Test in a proxy environment (Local PC Test).
MagicPodDesktop does not use certificates installed in the OS. You need to register the certificate even if it is already installed in the OS.
