Deleting user accounts is currently not possible directly from the administration screen. Therefore, it must be done by MagicPod management.
If you wish to do so, please follow the steps below to delete your account.
- If you are the owner of an organization or project, either transfer it to another account or delete that organization or project.
- Log in to MagicPod and submit the following inquiry using the inquiry form in the lower right corner of the screen. For identity verification purposes, send your request from the associated user account.

*Please note that restoration is not possible after deletion. You will be notified once the deletion process is complete.
*Test cases, etc., created by the deleted user will remain intact.
