The procedure to obtain receipts or invoices varies depending on your contract method.
If you subscribed via the MagicPod plans page
How to obtain
Upon payment, a receipt is sent to you via email. Please search your inbox using the following details.
- Subject: "Your receipt from MagicPod Inc."

Recipients:
- The primary email address of the organization owner
- Email addresses registered as "Billing Contact Email" (for details, see here)
If you cannot find the email
You can download the receipt directly from the MagicPod interface by following these steps.
- Log in to MagicPod with the organization owner's account.
- Navigate to Organization > Settings > Billing Information.
- On the right side of the screen, click the download icon to obtain the receipt and invoice.
Limitations
- Only accessible from the organization owner's account.
- Only the latest receipt and invoice are available for download.
If you subscribed via an application form
How to obtain
After the contract is finalized, an invoice will be sent to you via email. Please search your inbox.
Limitations
- Each invoice has a viewing expiration date; please be aware of this.
- Receipts are not automatically issued. If you require one, please contact us here.
