Connection source IP address restrictions (organization data)
From the organization settings screen, you can restrict the connection source IP address that can connect to the organization.
Multiple IP addresses can be specified, separated by line breaks, and IP address range (subnet) notation such as 11.11.11.0/24 can also be used. If a source IP address is set, API will also dose not work from outside that IP.
When using in connection with an external Cloud service
It is necessary to add the IP address as a connection source as well. Check the IP addresses of each service as follows.
Connection source IP address restrictions (user account)
You will not be able to access an organization's data if you restrict that connection source IP address from the organization setting screen. However, you will still be able to log into user accounts and change the user account information.
Please make an inquiry to our support team if you need to restrict access to the user account itself, as configuration on the MagicPod support side will be required.
User fixed IP
If you use the user fixed IP, it is possible to restrict access to the private test environment from other MagicPod organizations.
For detailed settings, check User fixed IP.
Single sign-on
MagicPod supports single sign-on using SAML. If you set your current Identity Provider, you will be able to log in to MagicPod using an Email address.
For detailed settings, check SAML authentication settings.
Organization-exclusive user
If you enable the Organization-exclusive user feature, you can create user accounts that can only be used within that specific organization.
For detailed settings, check Organization-exclusive user settings.
Domain control
You can restrict a specific domain so that it cannot be used by other organizations and accounts.
For detailed settings, check Domain control.
Secure tunneling feature
You can use our MagicPodConnect tool to securely connect MagicPod's cloud environment to a user's internal environment, allowing testing against internal servers using cloud devices and browsers.
For detailed settings, check Test in private environments with MagicPodConnect.
