1. What is Domain Control?
It is the function restricting the use of specified domains by other organizations and accounts. The Exclusive organization user function can only be used by users on the enterprise plan.
This email domain is checked when creating a new account, adding members to the organization, inviting new users, or adding an email. In case one’s own organization restricts the domain, or the domain is not restricted by any other organization, this email address is allowed.
In contrast to this, if the domain is restricted by a different organization, the email address is not allowed.
2. Method of Domain Control
After logging in, send a request to add the restricted domain by clicking “Inquiries” in the bottom-right.
At that time, it may be necessary to confirm that you are the domain owner.
