Note: Domain control is only available for Enterprise Plan subscribers.
1. What is domain control?
Domain control is a feature that restricts specified domains from being used by other organizations or accounts. It is only available for Enterprise Plan users with the Organization-exclusive user feature enabled.
Email domains are checked during the creation of new accounts, addition of members to the organization, invitations to new users, and when adding emails. If your organization has restricted the domain, or if the domain is not restricted by any organization, the email address will be permitted.
Conversely, if another organization has restricted the domain, the email address will not be permitted.
2. How to use domain control
2-1. Confirm that all members of the organization are "Organization-exclusive users"
If all members are not "Organization-exclusive users" -> Proceed to step 2-2.
