This page explains how to export batch run results as a PDF.
On the Batch runs tab, click the batch run you want to export.
Click the three-dot menu at the right end of the test result row, then select Export test report.
If multiple patterns are configured within the batch run, the output will be generated per pattern.
Follow the dialog that appears to configure the output settings.
After clicking Export and waiting a moment, a message to download will appear at the top of the screen.
Click Download to download a ZIP file containing the test report.
Note that if you navigate away from the page or dismiss the message using the X button while the download message is displayed, you will need to repeat the export process.
Q&A
Q. Can I export results from single test runs or partial runs on the test case edit screen?
Test report export is only available for batch run results. Currently, results from single test runs or partial runs cannot be exported.
Q. Can I combine multiple batch runs into a single PDF?
Currently, a separate PDF is generated for each batch run.
If you need a consolidated report across multiple batch runs, consider exporting to CSV using the MagicPod Web API or MagicPod MCP Server.

Q. Are exported PDFs saved on MagicPod's servers? Can I re-download them later?
Generated PDFs are downloaded directly to your browser and are not saved on MagicPod's servers. If you need to re-download a report, click the Export test report button again from the same batch run page.
