The Starter plan is designed for users who have completed their free trial but wish to continue exploring MagicPod's features before committing to a paid plan.* The Starter plan is only available for users with a promo code.
This page provides an overview of all the features included in the Starter plan, helping you maximize your experience.
*Users who have not yet completed the free trial can subscribe to the Starter plan. Note that the free trial will be deactivated upon subscription.
1. Sign up for the Starter Plan
To subscribe to the Starter plan, access the Settings tab of your organization page. Select Mobile App or Browser under Plans.
Click Subscribe to this plan.
Enter your promo code and click Subscribe.
If you have successfully subscribed to the Starter plan, you should see a green checkmark and "Subscribing."

4. Device and Cloud Service Availability

Cloud Browsers/Devices: MagicPod provides built-in cloud browsers for test creation and execution. With the Starter plan, you can use:
- 1 cloud browser/device for creating tests

1 cloud browser/device for batch test runs
Note: The use of cloud browsers/devices is limited to 5 hours per month.

Local Devices & External Cloud Services:
- Local Devices: You can use local browsers and devices for test creation and execution without any restrictions.
- External Cloud Services: Services such as BrowserStack and SauceLabs are not available under the Starter plan. Upgrade to a paid plan to use integrations.
5. Enterprise Features

6. Upgrading to a Paid Plan
If you find that you need more features or resources, you can upgrade to a paid plan at any time. To upgrade, visit the Plans section on your organization’s page and subscribe to a plan of your choice. For more detailed instructions on how to change your plan and manage payments, click here.
