This error occurs when the upper limit of BrowserStack parallels has been reached.
If the limit is exceeded, the system waits briefly before checking again. If the number of active parallels is still at capacity after this wait time, the error is triggered.
For example, if your BrowserStack plan allows only 1 or 2 parallels, but MagicPod attempts to run 3, the error is likely due to insufficient available parallels.
However, since BrowserStack includes a waiting period before triggering the error, it may not appear if the test starts when resources are available.
