If you find that "tests are not running as expected" or "scenarios seem to be written correctly but keep failing," we recommend first identifying the cause using the Failure Analysis feature and attempting fixes based on the suggestions from MagicPod Autopilot.
If the issue still cannot be resolved, please don't hesitate to contact MagicPod Support.
If you have questions about test results, like when a test is not working as expected or fails when it should pass, use the "Inquiry about the test result" option on the test results screen.
This will automatically generate an inquiry with details about the test result.
Add details to this as necessary, and click the Send button.
Screen captures of the failure are automatically added to the inquiry. Please do not delete these attachment unless there is a particular reason to do so. The representative shall investigate the issue and reply, based on the attached file information.
