Introduction
From the "Inquiry Settings" on the organization's settings page, you can configure whether MagicPod support can access the AUT (Application Under Test) and whether they can access projects during troubleshooting.
About “AUT Access” Settings
In this section, you can configure whether MagicPod support is allowed to access the AUT during troubleshooting. AUT refers to the application under test. In browser projects, this means accessing the AUT (website) via a specified URL from the browser. In mobile projects, it refers to using the app file uploaded to MagicPod.
If an issue occurs only with a specific app and it is difficult for us to reproduce it, resolving the problem may take longer. In such cases, if MagicPod support can access the AUT, they can accurately understand the problem and expedite resolution. (Regarding investigation of issues occurring only in specific applications)
Even if "Allowed" is selected, if access information is controlled by secret variables, MagicPod support will not access it without permission.
About “Access by MagicPod Support” Settings
By granting permission, issues occurring in your environment can be checked and resolved quickly and accurately. (MagicPod support logging into your organization to investigate)
Required Permissions
Only administrators can access and edit the organization's settings page.
