When creating a user account, if you attempt to register a free email address such as Gmail, the following error message will be displayed.
When attempting to register with Gmail:
This email address is not available (gmail.com). Please enter a work email address.
MagicPod does not allow account registration using free email addresses such as Gmail, for security and anti-spam reasons.
Please register your account using a work email address issued by your organization.
If you have unavoidable circumstances that require registering an account with a free email address, please log in to MagicPod as an organization owner and submit the following inquiry via the contact form at the bottom right of the MagicPod screen. (To verify your identity, please submit the request from your organization owner account.)
