If you select "External Cloud Service" as the environment in the cloud device launch settings on the test case editing screen and attempt to launch, an error will occur.
External cloud services such as SauceLabs, BrowserStack, and Remote TestKit can only be used for batch test runs.
When creating or editing test cases, or running individual tests, please select "Cloud" or "Local PC" to launch.
