Monitoring targets for each component
Each component indicates the following operational status.
- Cloud Device: Devices used for batch test execution
- Cloud Browser: Browser launched during test creation
- MagicPod Web: MagicPod app, MagicPod API, database, and various features
- Generative AI Features: MagicPod Autopilot, MagicPod MCP Server, AI assertion, and various AI summarization features
How to Receive Updates
We send notifications when incidents occur and when services are restored.
You can receive updates through the following methods:
- Email: Notifications will be sent to your registered email address.
- Slack: Notifications will be sent to the registered channel on your server.
- Microsoft Teams: Notifications will be sent to the registered Webhook URL.
- Google Chat: Notifications will be sent to the registered space.

Select your preferred notification method by clicking "Get updates" in the upper right corner of the screen.
* Note: Notifications will only be sent for updates that you have subscribed to from MagicPod.
