When problems occur only in specific applications and are difficult for MagicPod Support to reproduce, troubleshooting may take time. In such cases, if MagicPod Support can access the target application, we can accurately understand the problem and expedite the resolution. Please provide the necessary access information and reproduction steps according to the following guidelines.
Information that needs to be provided
Please provide the information needed to access the test target application and the steps to reproduce the problem.
Access information required
- (For browser apps) Application URL
- If your application has IP restrictions, please let us know, and we will provide our IP addresses.
- (For mobile apps) Application files such as .app files/apk files
- If the file size is too large to share via email, please share through external file-sharing services. We also have a file-sharing service (Dropbox) available if needed.
- (For apps requiring login) Login ID/Password
Steps to reproduce the problem
Please provide reproduction steps with the minimum number of steps possible. Instead of MagicPod test cases, please provide written instructions like the example below:
1. Navigate to URL [https://...]
2. Enter a name in the input field
3. Press the "Next" button -> The "Next" button does not navigate to the next page when clicked
