For some reason, the MagicPod cannot detect the connected iOS real device. Reconnect the real device, and check that it is in charging state.
If the problem is still not resolved, try the following.
- As is described here, select Setting > General > Reset > Reset Location & Privacy.
- Restart the iOS real device
- Restart the mac
- Unlock the iOS real device if it is locked
- Use another charging cable for the iOS real device
