Check to see if there is other device (such as Apple Watch) paired with the real device.
If there is a paired device, try the following
- Trust PC from any paired devices and try again.
- If the above fails, unpair, restart the real device and try again. Turning off the Bluetooth may also be the way to solve the problem.
