This error may appear when acquiring a capture or running a test.
First, try the following:
- Run the test again
- Relaunch device
- Delete the appium.uiautomator2.server and io.appium.uiautomator2.server.test app from the list of apps in the device settings
If the above procedure does not solve the problem, select Enable device log in the test run settings panel.
If you then click the Run button on the edit test screen directly without clicking the Connect button, the test will be run, and you will probably get the same connection error and it will result in Failure.
