If you subscribed to a paid plan through the MagicPod plans page, you can cancel your plan via your organization's Settings > Payment Info.
For other subscription methods, please contact MagicPod support.
- Please note that if you cancel during the contract period, a refund of any paid fees is not possible.
- If the number of your test cases, visual diff steps, or projects exceeds limits, you will need to delete data to fit within limits before canceling.
- For payments via credit card, please note that simply stopping the credit card used for payment does not cancel your MagicPod subscription. You must complete the cancellation process through the MagicPod interface.
