MagicPod may fail to access the WebView context of the app being tested. Please confirm whether this is accessible by using the following procedure.
- Connect the test device to the PC
- Operate the app to be tested and move to the screen containing the WebView elements
- Perform the following operation according to the OS of the test device
- (In case of Android) Launch Chrome on the PC and enter “chrome://inspect”
- (In case of iOS) Launch Safari on the PC and open Development from the on-screen menu
- If it is already launched, close Safari once and relaunch the application
- In case you cannot find the Development menu on Safari, display it by referring here
- Unless the following screens are displayed on Chrome or Safari, respectively, the WebView context will not be accessible

When the WebView context is accessible on iOS
If the WebView context is not accessible, there may be some settings issue. Please configure appropriately according to the step in this page.
In addition, if you use Android with the MagicPodDesktop app, the error message “No Chromedriver found that can automate Chrome” may be displayed, and the scan or test may fail. In such a case, try this.
