To quickly and accurately identify and resolve issues occurring in your environment, MagicPod Support may temporarily access your organization.

Information MagicPod Support Will Review
We will access only the project experiencing issues, not the entire organization.
Within the scope necessary for problem resolution, we will review the following information:
- Test cases within the affected project
- Test execution results and logs within the affected project
MagicPod Support will temporarily obtain permissions equivalent to a "View" user in the project, and will only view data within that scope. We will not perform operations such as accessing the applications under test, editing or deleting test cases, or changing settings.
Regarding Access Permissions and Confidential Information Handling
- Access by MagicPod Support will only be performed with your prior consent
- All information reviewed will be handled strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Granted permissions are limited to "View" access
- The access permission will automatically expire within 1 day after the investigation is completed
