Changes breaking backward compatibility

NewUpgraded the Chrome version to 137, the Edge version to 137, and the Firefox version to 139 on cloud browsers. This may cause some visual differences in cloud browser test results.

FixFixed an issue where WebView elements were misaligned in iOS Safari WebView UI scans.- Element positions can still be misaligned depending on the display conditions, such as when the keyboard is open or when the screen is in landscape orientation.
