Changes breaking backward compatibility

• New Upgraded the Chrome version on cloud browser to 129. It can cause some visual diffs in cloud browser test results.

General

• New Redesigned the API token page and provided additional guidance on integrations.
• New Now a profile image based on the user name is displayed when a user has not configured the profile image.
• Fix Scheduled batch runs with private test settings are no longer available.
  • Already created schedules still work, but any changes except for disabling are prohibited. Please share the test settings when a batch run schedule is required.
• Fix Fixed an issue where a server error sometimes occurred when opening the test run detail page with self healing results.
• Fix Fixed an issue where MagicPodConnect was unexpectedly terminated.

Mobile App Testing

• New Added support for iOS 17.7 real device for the local PC environment.
• New Added tentative support for Xcode 16, iOS 18 simulator and real device for the local PC environment.
  • MagicPodDesktop 1.23.0 is required to use iOS 18Xcode 16.
  • It is now marked as “under development” because there is a known issue related to permission for Contacts app.
• Fix Addressed an issue where iOS cloud device sometimes failed to launch with the error message “Failed to provision.”
• Fix Fixed an issue which prevented Android apps from starting. (An issue since 1.22.0) 
  • Since the issue on MagicPodDesktop 1.22.0 will not be resolved, please use older versions or MagicPodDesktop 1.23.0.
• Fix Resolved an issue where launching cloud devices failed under certain conditions. (An issue since 1.22.0)

Browser Testing

• Fix Addressed an issue where a cloud browser session failed to start with the error message “Failed to access the device.”
• Fix Fixed an issue where UI capture failed on a specific web page.
• Fix Resolved an issue where the “Select new tab/window” command might time out on a specific web page.
