Changes breaking backward compatibility

• New Upgraded the versions of Chrome and Edge to 122, and Firefox to 123 for cloud browser. It can cause some visual diffs in cloud browser test results.

General

• New Now “MagicPodConnect” is available, which enables using cloud devices/browsers for testing in environments that cannot be accessed from the internet.

• Fix Fixed the UI capture logic not to use random IDs and classes of ionic framework in UI element’s locators.
• Fix Fixed an issue where saving test cases sometimes failed.
• Fix Resolved an issue where a test run result was not properly saved when the test run log contained specific characters.
• Fix Fixed an issue where a user could not send an inquiry when a large file was attached to the inquiry.

Mobile App Testing

• New Added an option to perform faster swipe to the “Swipe” and “Continue swipe” commands.
• New Added an option to configure the press duration of the “Long tap” command.
• Fix Fixed an issue where the “Shake” command did not fire a shake event in some Android applications.
• Fix Now the “Shake” command is supported for Android cloud devices with arm64-v8a architecture.
• Fix Fixed an issue which prevented iOS cloud device from starting a test run. (A regression since 1.3.0)

Browser Testing

• Fix Resolved an issue that prevented clicks of a target element that was overlapped by other elements.
• Fix Fixed an issue where UI elements could not be detected on some pages. (A regression since 1.5.0)
