For some reason, the MagicPod cannot detect the connected iOS real device. Reconnect the real device, and check that it is in charging state.
If the problem is still not resolved, try the following.
- As is described here, select “Setting”> “General”> “Reset”>”Reset positional information and privacy” in order.
- Restart the iPhone
- Restart the mac
- Unlock the iPhone screen if it is locked.
