You can cancel standard plans with monthly subscriptions from the organization's page "Settings > Payment info". For other plans, you should contact MagicPod support.
- If you want to cancel during the contract period, there will be no refund of the amount paid so far.
- If you cancel the charged plan, you will be returned to the free plan for the organization. If the number of test cases, visual diff steps, or projects exceeds the limit of the free plan, you must delete data to keep it within the limit before canceling the charged plan.
