Standard plan monthly contract
You can apply on the “Plans” page.
- Application on the “Plans” page
- You can apply from the “Settings” > “Plans” page of the organization created in MagicPod.
- Payment shall be automatically debited by credit card.
- The fee for the month in question shall be debited at the time of application.
- An invoice will be issued at the time of debit.
- If you do not cancel by the previous day of the month following the contract date, the amount for the following month will also be automatically debited. For example, if your application is on 1/10, the next debit shall be on 2/10.
- If you add options such as the number of test cases after application, the fee will be deducted on the spot on a pro rata basis from the date of adding the option until the next monthly fee debit date. From the next time, the monthly fee will be debited every month, and will include any added options.
Standard plan annual contract
You can apply via application form or from the “Plans” page.
- If you are applying using an application form
- Applications shall be accepted by Docusign electronic contract, PDF, or post.
- Payment shall be on receipt of the invoice and by bank transfer.
- Payment shall be for the amount up to the end of the month in which the contract started and paid at the end of the following month.
- As the contract shall end on the previous date one year later, if you wish to continue, you will need to send in a renewal application by that date. (Alternatively, it can be set to be automatically renewed unless canceled)
- When applying from the “Plans” page
- You can apply from the “Settings” > “Plan” page of the organization created in MagicPod.
- Choose the switch to select to switch over to annual contract mode.
- Payment shall be automatically debited by credit card.
- At the time of application, the amount for that year shall be debited on the spot.
- An invoice will be issued at the time of debit.
- If you do not cancel by the previous day of the year following the contract date, the amount for the following year shall be automatically deducted. For example, if your application is on 2022/1/10, the next debit shall be made on 2023/1/10.
- If you add options such as the number of test cases after application, the fee will be deducted on the spot on a pro rata basis from the date of adding the option until the next annual fee debit date. From the next time, the annual fee shall be debited every year, and will include any added options.
Enterprise Lite Plan/Enterprise Plan
- Applications shall be accepted by application form (Docusign electronic contract, PDF, or post)
- Payment shall be on receipt of the invoice and by bank transfer.
- Payment shall be for the amount up to the end of the month in which the contract started and paid at the end of the following month.
- As the contract shall end on the previous date one month or one year later, if you wish to continue, you will need to send in a renewal application by that date. (Alternatively, it can be set to be automatically renewed unless canceled)
